The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, released in March 2016, is rightly one of Samsung's best smartphones. It went on sale in the UAE and Dubai a week after the world release.

The body is made of metal and durable 3D glass Corning Gorilla Glass 4, well protected from moisture and dust. The smartphone display has a capacitive touchscreen display called Super AMOLED, 5.5 inches inch diagonal, resolution is 1440x2560 dots with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The main camera of the model supports 12 megapixels resolution and allows to record video in 2k@30fps mode, front camera with 5 megapixel sensor, both support Auto-HDR shooting modes and panoramas. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is available in several models with a number of differences in the characteristics of the main chip and graphics accelerator. One model is equipped with a 4-core Snapdragon 820 processor with a frequency (2 cores by 2.15GHz and 2 cores by 1.6GHz), has an Adreno 530 video chip, the second model has an 8-core main processor with a frequency (4 cores by 2.3 GHz Mongoose and 4 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 cores each) and Mali-T880 MP12 video accelerator, these resource parameters allow to easily perform any tasks for the device. The smartphone is equipped with 4GB RAM and is available in three versions with different amounts of internal memory: 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. The gadget's operating system can be upgraded to Android 7.0. The weight was 157 grams.
